Reduce unplanned downtime
Our goal is to eliminate the unplanned downtime of continuous machines and the damage caused by repair or replacement of engines. For this purpose, we are developing methods for wireless, passive and continuous temperature measurement in hazardous environments, in particular on crankshaft bearings in gas engines and piston compressors.
Our temperature measurement devices are designed to have minimal interference with the object under test.
Real-time device monitoring
Crankshaft bearings are susceptible to damage when the permissible operating temperatures are exceeded. Due to the measurement difficulties we have developed specialized wireless sensors, unrestricted by the movement of the measured objects, high temperatures, or the presence of contaminants in the form of grease.
Our technology is dedicated for moving objects, exploited in difficult conditions, including explosive zones, such as gas engines and compressors in gas compressor stations, ship engines or engines in power generating units. The place of installation required us to reduce the size of the sensor, which is also resistant to high mechanical overloads.
