Daniel Pilecki-Silva
Embedded systems engineer with over 10 years of experience in hardware and software development for industrial customers.
He has experience in real-time system implementations running in a networked environment. He implemented TCP/IP protocol for IoT systems, electronic circuits (Xilinx CPLD) and prototype PCBs and communication based on RS232, RS485, MODBUS, CAN, IBIS, I2C, I2S, OneWire protocols. Author of publications related to the R&D project in “Radioelectronic” and “Practical Electronics” magazines. He is currently working on the development of low-cost IoT devices cooperating with cloud infrastructure (SensorToCloud). He programs in C for real-time platforms (FreeRTOS, Micrium uC/OS-II) and for ARM Cortex, PIC32, MSP430, AVR, MIPS architectures.
In this project he is responsible for integration of receiver and transmitter side electronics, development of communication system with control and measurement systems, development of electronic circuit software and test bench measurements.

Mateusz Mazur
Graduate of the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics at the Gdansk University of Technology, Ph.D. at the Industrial Telecommunications Institute. Expert in microwave and radar systems, author of many scientific publications and patents in this field.
He is responsible for the development of the sensor actuators mounted on the test object and for the design of the transmit/receive antennas and cooperating radar systems.

Łukasz Maciejewski
R&D project manager with extensive experience in research projects and commercialization of their results. For 6 years he worked as a senior designer in the R&D department of a world recognisable power generation equipment manufacturer at locations in Poland and Switzerland. He was responsible for numerical calculations of turbogenerator components in the field of mechanics, including fatigue, fracture mechanics and dynamics.
Co-author of patent (application no: EP 09461518.4 – Pole-to-pole connection of an electric generator and method of manufacture) 2011, the patented technical solution eliminates the occurrence of failures associated with low-cycle fatigue of pole connections in the rotor winding of a turbine generator.
Since 2012 founder and co-owner of Nobo Solutions S.A. He is responsible for technical consultancy based on numerical and empirical methods and leading R&D projects

Founders & Shareholders

Tomasz Czapliński
Specialist in numerical analysis in engineering applications, with particular emphasis on composite material modeling and rotating machine modeling, and specialist in stress evaluation of welded structures subjected to alternating loads.
He has many years of experience as a designer and leading designer within the R&D department of a large international energy company, where he led development projects for new turbine-generator designs. In his career he was also responsible for simulation studies and material modelling of high pressure composite vessels for the STORHy and COPERNIC projects funded by the European Commission.
Currently he is responsible for the implementation, substantive supervision and coordination of work on simulation studies. He participates in current and R&D projects for the company’s clients, including multinationals and the European Space Agency.

Since 2006, he has worked in the engineering department of RAFAKO, developing construction of power boilers, responsible for simulation and experimental tests and diagnostics. He was awarded for outstanding professional achievements in the category of Development of Technology and Design for the development and first implementation of an innovative control and measurement system for monitoring of boiler construction during its overhaul and operation, based on fibre optic sensors (joint patent application with Wrocław University of Technology, in 2011 awarded as one of the 20 most innovative products for RAFAKO SA by institutes of PAN and MSN).
At Nobo Solutions he is responsible for carrying out current construction and research and development projects. He manages the company’s design office located in Raciborz.
